Welcome to Grey Chapel (thegreychapel.com), operated by Walking Stick Studios LLC ("Grey Chapel," "we," "us," "our"), a limited liability company organized in Texas. By accessing or purchasing from this site, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By ordering, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Products

All items are made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner(s). Colors may vary slightly from what's shown on screen due to display settings and the printing process. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue designs, or refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, including on orders already placed, and will notify you before charging a corrected amount. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider at checkout; we do not store your full payment card details.

4. Orders

Once placed, an order begins production quickly and may not be changeable or cancelable after a short window. Contact us immediately through the site contact form or at hello@thegreychapel.com with your order number if you need to change or cancel an order.

5. Shipping

Shipping times and estimates are determined by the type of product ordered, as well as the provider supplying the item. All shipping times present on the site and in your order page are estimates and not guaranteed by us, it's up to individual shipping carriers after it leaves the production facility.

6. Exchanges

See our Return & Refund Policy ("Works of Mercy") for our exchange program. It governs all returns, exchanges, and related credits.

7. Intellectual Property

All site content — including the Grey Chapel name, the shepherd goat mark(s), wordmark, designs, artwork, photography, and text — is owned by Walking Stick Studios LLC or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use our marks or designs without written permission.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use the site to violate any law, infringe on others' rights, transmit harmful code, or attempt to access non-public areas of the site or its systems.

9. Third-Party Services

Order fulfillment, payment processing, and other services are provided by third parties (e.g., Shopify, our print partner(s), etc...). We are not responsible for delays or errors caused solely by third-party service providers, though we will help resolve issues on your behalf.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, except as required by applicable consumer protection law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Walking Stick Studios LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of- law principles. Any dispute not resolved informally may be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
