Every piece at Grey Chapel is made to order, so shipping timelines depend on the item type, decoration method(s), and production partner. Specific processing and delivery estimates are listed on each product's page — check there for the most accurate timing before you order.
Processing time
Items are printed and prepared after you order (nothing sits in a warehouse waiting). Typical processing takes a few business days before an item ships; exact ranges are noted on the product page, as they can vary by item type, decoration method(s), and by our fulfillment partner's current volume.
Shipping time & carriers
Once produced, items ship via standard carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, or regional equivalents depending on destination). Estimated transit time are shown at checkout and/or on the product page. Delivery estimates are provided by our shipping and fulfillment partners and are not guaranteed, as carrier delays are outside our control.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order contents.
Multiple items
If your order contains items fulfilled by different partners or with different production times, they may ship separately and arrive on different days. You will not be charged extra shipping for this.
International orders
We ship to the destinations available at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country upon arrival — these are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the item or shipping price.
Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us through the site form or at hello@thegreychapel.com with your order number. We'll work with you to make it right. See our Return & Refund Policy ("Works of Mercy") for how we handle exchanges.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, but reach out and we'll do what we can to help.
